TGA Obfuscation Part 1: Didn't Report Death of Pfizer Victim

The obfuscation on show in this video by Australia's Therapeutic Goods Administration is cringeworthy. Why is Dr Clare Larter, claiming that Pfizer's toxic and contaminated product has caused exactly zero deaths, so nervous when speaking on the issue? Are we witnessing a cover-up and if so, why?

New Zealand needs proceedings similar to this, to investigate the many deaths associated with the mRNA products - mainly Pfizer. For example:
