Today, I listen to NTO & Monolink - Beyond Control (Official Video), and honestly, it couldn't be more fitting for how I’m feeling right now. Month 10 of sobriety has been the toughest so far. With three training clients canceling this month, I’ve found myself with way too much free time. My routines are disrupted, and that’s really uncomfortable for me.

I’ve realized how important staying active—both physically and mentally—is for my well-being. Sports like surfing, boxing, and training have kept my mind focused, but when those things slow down, it’s hard not to feel stuck. This track reminds me that while so much in life is beyond our control, there’s still plenty we can take charge of.

As for the music, I loved this one! NTO and Monolink are masters of electronic music, and this track delivers everything I love about the genre. Beautiful, hypnotic, and deep—it was perfect for today.
