After spending a lot of time in India, I have taken all of my knowledge through traditional yoga and meticulously designed exercise classes that are more modern in their approach. With this virtual mystery school, I hope to be able to show you how your body is the template of your spiritual existence in this life, and that the source of your power and sovereignty lies within you, not outside of you.
