Rep. Andy Biggs: ‘Border czar’ Tom Homan needs immediate funding, resources for security efforts

Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) says “border czar” Tom Homan needs funding and security resources within the first 100 days of the Trump administration. “You’re going to see soft sided facilities go up to detain. You’re going to see a movement to get expeditated removal, which will actually turn people away at the border. He’s going to need to get transportation to move people to the detention centers and from those detention centers back to their home countries,” Biggs lays out.
