HOW TO HAND EXPRESS EXCESS BREAST MILK AFTER A FEED ||

In this video, I hand express excess breastmilk immediately after breastfeeding my fifteen-month-old son. It is important to do this sometimes, otherwise excess breastmilk buildup can lead to panful breast engorgement and mastitis.

I sincerely hope that by sharing my breastfeeding journey I can encourage other women to attempt and persist with, what can be at times, a difficult thing to do.
