Dr. Peter Ridd Interview - Celebrating Record High Coral Cover - X-Candidates 16

This is the message that Dr. Peter Ridd wants us all to shout to everyone on this episode of the Ex-Candidates.

Dr. Ridd is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Public Affairs and is leading the Project for Real Science – which includes his new venture – the Reef Rebels.

Dr. Ridd was also a former Professor and Head of Physics (2009-2016) at James Cook University in Townsville where he was famously fired for disagreeing with his colleagues on the state of the Great Barrier Reef and other issues. This resulted in legal action that led him all the way to the High Court.

Dr. Ridd is one of the few brave scientists who have spoken out against the current ‘climate narrative’ and uses empirical scientific evidence to do so.
