When Justice is Clouded: Addressing Prejudice in ICC Warrants.

PTS host Joy Votrobek and ASCF Sr. Analyst Laurence Sanford address the International Criminal Court arrest warrant for Netanyahu. Prejudice within the International Criminal Court (ICC) poses significant challenges to pursuing justice and accountability. Certain cases, such as those of Netanyahu, may be influenced by political agendas or selective prosecution. The court's reliance on member states for cooperation can exacerbate these issues, as some countries may refuse to comply with ICC mandates based on perceived biases.

Mr. Sanford is a U.S. Navy veteran who served four years with the CIA. Ms. Votrobek has a degree in International Relations and has worked in security services for over seven years.
