Pushing our limits with a cardio challenge! 💪🏃♀️💦 This 45-second exercise combines lateral jumps and power skips to test our strength and endurance. No time for rest, as we aim to go as far as possible without setting our foot down. For a low-impact version, skip the jumps and focus on strong movements. Need an extra challenge? Go deeper into squats. Keep pushing for 15 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Let's finish strong in the last 5 seconds! 💥💦 Time for a well-deserved water break.
