The King is Here! Choose This Day Whom You Will Serve!

This week, Shannon M. Gross concludes the Heart of the Matter series with Part 8, “The Obedient Heart”. Today’s message recounts an incredible vision received while meditating on both Psalm 95 and 91, along with powerful revelation given by the Holy Spirit that perfectly weaves into the signs and times we are living in and what it means for us as believers.

Many people in the world see Jesus as a soft-spoken, non-confrontational sandal-wearing person who lacks supernatural power in the earthly realm, and pageants this time of year portray Him to us only as a lowly human in the most vulnerable form—a baby. However, once Shannon encountered the living God and His presence filled the room, King Jesus arrived in all power, authority, and glory, as angels announced He is coming for His saints.

After a powerful vision is released depicting the Christ as our shield and protector, the Holy Spirit also showed Him as the King of the Heavenly armies on the battlefield—unmovable and undeterred by every assault, explosion, and barrage of attacks the enemy hurled in His direction. Jesus stood unwavering and triumphant as the king of Kings as the adversary unleashed everything against Him; and nothing penetrated.

The vision morphed into the throne room where the Lion of Judah paced, and the hand of Father God was visible, and His booming and thunderous voice provided a prophetic revelation according to, and confirming His own words given to His church on who they are as the stand with His Son and how they are to proceed in the power and plans by allowing God the Spirit to work in them and through them.

The peeling back of the veil continued as God revealed how He views His believers in the spiritual realm after they invite Jesus Christ to live and reign in their lives, and how this translates to their power and authority in the natural realm.,
