Hawk Tuah Crypto Project SUED Over Memecoin Scandal

Investors are suing people associated with a cryptocurrency launched by Hawk Tuah Girl Hailey Welch, following the crash of the memecoin named after her. It lost more than 95 percent of its value in a single day when it was released on December 4. Lawyers for the investors wrote in their December 19 court filing that the lawsuit "arises from the unlawful promotion and sale of the Hawk Tuah cryptocurrency memecoin, known as the "$HAWK" token (the "Token" or "$HAWK"), which Defendants offered and sold to the public without proper registration." Named in the suit are: Tuah The Moon Foundation, which was used to handle money taken in from the sale of the meme coin, and the coin's creator, OverHere Ltd and its executive, Clinton So and the meme coin's Los Angeles-based promoter, Alex Larson Schultz.

In response to a recent outrage behind Nick Fuentez, a subject approached Nick's house with a pistol and crossbow. Little is known about this as of yet, but the police chased the man where he shot and killed another bystander and 2 dogs. The subject was wanted in another unrelated murder of 3 other people. Things are getting wild.

Federal authorities are taking action against the mysterious drones seen flying over New Jersey and several other East Coast states. The Federal Aviation Administration has issued a ban on most drones over nearly two dozen towns, including cities from Camden to Bayonne, Edison, Harrison and Jersey City. The ban will be in effect until Jan. 17. The FAA order says no unmanned aircraft can operate below 400 feet within one nautical mile of the airspace specified in each town. The order makes some exceptions for first responders and certain commercial drones.
