Here is one of the recipes you'll find in the recipe booklet:
Egg Nog Panna Cotta
2 cups cream (we prefer raw)
¼ cup maple syrup https://www.mccormickfarmpa.com/store/p/maple-syrup
2 fresh egg yolks
2 tsp gelatin https://amzn.to/3BDYwr3
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp ground nutmeg

Place 1 cup of cream in a saucepan and scatter the gelatin across the surface; let sit for 5 minutes for the gelatin to “bloom”, then gently warm on medium low heat, stirring constantly until all gelatin is dissolved, about 5 minutes. Let cool a little.

Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl, add cooled cream/gelatin mixture, and combine well. Pour into individual containers or a glass bowl, cover, and chill for 1-2 hours, until set. Sprinkle a little nutmeg over the surface and serve!
