Executive Director Bobby Cleveland represents the OCP Members.

OCP with Bobby Cleveland and JJ Humphrey is excited to discuss our new plans to grow your association and become a positive force to influence corrections. We have been told the Director is threatening employees to prevent employees from joining OCP. We are working on setting up methods to pay to allow employees to join and remain anonymous. OCP understands employees fear but we cannot continue without your support. That is why we are working to allow membership through apps like pay pal. Director Harpe threatened to terminate OCP and has taken steps to discontinue our association. We are looking into legal actions that we can take against Director Harpe for his hostile and abusive treatment of OCP and our members. Director Harpe is wrongfully terminated OCP members and we have successfully defended our members. Harpe is abusing his position by hiring outside legal counsel. This is costing OCP enormous legal fees. We believe there are legal actions that we can take to stop Harpe’s abusive legal spending. OCP is discussing methods to formally appeal to the state to remove Director Harpe on the based on his incompetency has produced profound dangers and threats to the public, employees and inmates. We will include reports of employees being forced to work excessive hours and the continued violence in the Department of Corrections.
