Ethiopia has 13 months of sunshine. While I was in Ethiopia and until I came to the US in 2005, I loved the 13th month. I used those 5 or 6 days to reflect, regroup, revitalize, and then strategize and plan for the New Year. I never dared to face a new year without doing my homework...

That tradition has continued in the US, except now that I'm engaged in these activities at the end of December. This is a great season I love the most. I'm filled with gratefulness, hope, and optimism...

Let's make 2025 the best year ever for us individually, our families, teams, organizations, nations, and humanity at large.

LEARNING is one strategy we should pick for the upcoming year, which will have a domino effect on achieving many of our other individual and collective goals. Through learning, we can:

1. Outgrow the challenges that have stopped, dragged, or delayed us so far.
2. Outsmart the 'demons' that have been harassing us at the level where we're at.
3. Out-beat our limitations, turn tables, tap into our potential, and, in turn, elevate our status and reach new heights in 2025 and beyond, individually and corporately...

One way I learn quickly is through reading books. I stand on the shoulders of those who walked before me. I don't need to reinvent the wheel. Its degree or nature may vary. Otherwise, every challenge, obstacle, and problem I faced, someone had faced and beat them.

The good news is that some of these people who walked ahead of us are generous in documenting their journey- both what worked and what didn't.

Tony Robbins is one of such souls.
