I should add after reading the report, that Guest surprisingly dissented on releasing it under the circumstances they did (without jurisdiction). He wrote the dissenting opinion or whatever they call it in congress cmte reports, on behalf of everyone who disagreed. He didn't disagree with the false accusations, mind you, or putting them together in a misleading way, just with the fact that Congress released them when Gaetz was no longer in Congress.
