Will Florida SAVE Disney From DESTROYING Frontierland?!

Disney World is planning on destroying the Rivers of America at some point in 2025. However, the South Florida Water Management District has asked Disney to make changes to their permit before it can be approved. Disney had 90 days. Recently, Disney asked for a 60 day extension. Florida granted them an extension, but only for 30 days. Will Disney respond to the request in time? Or will Florida deny the permit and possibly save the Rivers of America?
