BREASTFEEDING CAN BE A CALM, QUIET SPACE ||

Family life can certainly be chaotic, but I find that breastfeeding can sometimes offer you a calm, quiet space where you can take a few deep breaths and enjoy some time away from the noise and chores to nurse your little one.

I often go into the bedroom to breastfeed for a couple of reasons. First, because I do most of my breastfeeds on the floor now, rather than the couch, as the floor gives us more room. And two, because it's quieter and more relaxing.

But of course, this far into our breastfeeding journey, we are very flexible, and Spencer can breastfeed almost anywhere.
