Federal Judge Sides with Nashua NH on Banning Pine Tree Flag, Invokes Jan 6th to Justify It

A federal judge has sided with Nashua New Hampshire and blocked an injunction stopping it from halting flag permit applications or closing down the public flag program. The woman who filed for the injunction wanted to fly the Pine Tree Flag which has historical significance for the state going back prior to the American Revolution at city hall to commemorate the Battle of Bunker Hill. The city denied her permit even though her flag did not violate the rules. The mayor then proceeded to take the rules down as a result of this being a petulant child trapped in a man’s body.

In this video, we take a look at this federal judge doing mental gymnastics and invoking January 6th while claiming Nashua doing what it did wasn’t a violation of the First Amendment in order to side with the city.
