they hacked into my systems and freaked out and hung up when I said i was recording

there is a 9th circuit ruling that we can record FBI agents, so I'm suing FBI for deriliction of duty too. I make it pretty clear that they won't prosecute actual federal crimes. These people are messing with my legal mail. I still don't have a pacer filing code to efile federally, so they can entice me to leave. they are really really really stupid.
