'Be Kind'... what does that phrase mean to YOU?

'Be Kind'! Yes, I am sure you have heard that phrase being used increasingly often in today's society. But what does 'Being kind' actually mean?

...and who decides what 'Being Kind' is, and what 'Being Unkind' is? Surely this is open to interpretation and is decided by whoever has the last say in the matter?

Maybe 'Being Loving' is a better approach?
