Construction Retaining Wall Collapses in Beyoglu-istanbul

Allegedly due to heavy rain (but who knows), retaining wall at a building construction site fails ..... suspense is fantastic as you hear the wall bracing pinging and failing piece-by-piece, leaving the building next door hanging over the edge.
