DOJ Complaint #1 Respectfully Submitted

There was "a hit" put out on me, and The Federal Court dismissed my whole claim as "moot" just like Targeted v. Garland in 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. Since Tasks cleans those courthouses and they said I can't use a hyperlink as a placeholder I have definitely built a "prima facie" enough case for the 8th Cir. to review by an en banc panel and de novo.
