Dr. Alan Sabrosky gave the interview to Mark Glenn and Phil Tourney in March 2010, which was nine years after the September 11, 2001, attacks.

Dr. Alan Sabrosky who is now a retired is a Marine officer and former Director of Studies at the United States Army War College's Strategic Studies Institute, where he held the position of the Douglas MacArthur Chair of Research. He earned a master's degree in history and a doctorate in political science from the University of Michigan. Sabrosky has taught at several prestigious institutions, including the United States Military Academy at West Point, Georgetown University, the University of Pennsylvania, and the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. His academic focus has mainly been on alliance systems and unionization within the U.S. military. He co-authored a book titled "Prisoners of War?: Nation-States in the Modern Era." Dr. Sabrosky received the Superior Civilian Service Award in December 1988

Mark Glenn: An author and radio host known for his critical stance towards Israel and his association with various conspiracy theories regarding Israeli actions. He has co-authored books and conducted numerous interviews on these topics.

Phil Tourney: A survivor of the USS Liberty incident, where the ship was attacked by Israeli forces during the Six-Day War in 1967. Tourney has been vocal about his experiences and claims of a cover-up by both the U.S. and Israeli governments regarding this event. He has written books on the subject and often speaks publicly about it.
