Trampling Fiction Ep.27 Spring Forward Fall Back Crap

In episode 27 we look into the barbaric practice of changing the clocks each season and totally fucking with our own internal cycles. Normally I don't notice the change that much but this year I noticed it big time as it greatly affected my ability to write lyrics for my new album....it's crazy how 1 hour can make such a difference to our bodies.
