This book can only be found on the 7000 steps the first time you go after greybeards shout for you, at the 4th pillar a Young lady is there, sneak up on her pickpocket and she has 2 books that only she has in the game and she is only there during this part of the game, if you try to go back after she is gone, if you talk to her she states she isn't from Skyrim but comes every few years to the 7000 steps to pay respects, she states she is a noble from outside Skyrim and that's all we need to know. I have not seen anyone online like ESO or epic Nate speak on this (I don't blame them it would contradict 70% of there videos) these books are the key to half of skyrims so called Lores and showcase there is a orc-dwarves king huh what? correct a half or half dwarf, the elf giants mentioned in the book and battle at Red mountain in this book are the same giants that roam Skyrim, look at a giants ears next time you kill one, you'll be surprised to see indeed they have elven ears, also Shor stone is explained in great detail explaining red mountain incident and all involved and tribunal of Morrowind sacrifice to save Morrowind, These books blew mind and had me glued, I will be dropping even a better and longer dive into this craziness
