Royal Tiger Imports Sent the Wrong Rifle: Part 2: Resolution?

I ordered an M38 Carcano cavalry carbine in 7.35 Carcano from Royal Tiger Imports, and if you saw the last video, they sent me a different rifle.

In place of the military surplus rifle I ordered, I received a Carcano short rifle in 6.5 which was not in good condition and left something to be desired. I wanted the milsurp I ordered and I was worried about the process.

I had a lot of comments telling me that this would be a giant hassle trying to either get my money back or exchange the rifle for the one I actually ordered, but how was the experience in reality?
