Here is how I plan with ADHD. I am homeschool Mom, parent of child with special needs, former teacher, entrepreneur and head of our children's ministry at our congregation. I have a full plate, and I have ADHD. And planning with ADHD is most of the time a challenge. I've tried many different planners, and techniques but I always come back to my favorite.
