Mars Have Interplanetary Airport according to retired US Army Commander Robert Orel Dean (March 2, 1929 – October 11, 2018).
In his historical presentation at the Exopolitics Summit in Barcelona in July 2009, Retired US Army Command Sergeant Major Bob Dean had publicly announced the existence of interplanetary airport on Mars.
Bob concluded his delivery by stating that there are human bases on Mars.
Dean retired from the U.S. Army as a Command Sergeant Major after a 28-year career.
