Man Who Can’t Breathe Gets Kicked Out Of Ambulance By Cops & Dies Two Weeks Later

What in the hell is wrong with people?

There is just NO compassion these days.

The EMT’s in an Ambulance Calls Rochester, NY Cops to Kick a Dying Man out of the Ambulance.

The Man falls to ground and begins coughing up blood. He died 2 weeks later.

Prior to collapsing to the ground and coughing up blood:

The man panicked because he could not breathe and he entered the ambulance himself. Yes, this was unconventional, but absolutely no excuse to call the police and remove him, he was obviously in dire need of medical attention.

After this, the EMT’s ignored the man as he said he could not breathe and they chose to call the police to remove this man from the ambulance instead of taking him directly to the hospital.

A female EMT said – “I don’t know what’s wrong with him, but he will not get out of our truck.”

That’s because he is having a true medical emergency lady. You, an EMT, out of all people should have the skills to recognize this.

There just is no care and compassion. We need to treat our fellow humans like they are our own relatives.

Once the police officers kicked the man out, the man told them that he could not breathe and the man collapse to the ground, all while the police and the EMT’s just were talking among themselves.

EVERYONE involved in this incident needs to be FIRED and never allowed to work in public service ever again.

They should be accountable for this man’s death. This is a disgrace.

They all should be ashamed.

NY law ruled that Police have NO Legal Duty to Protect. In fact it is based off of Supreme Court Case Law.

So, if a police officer sees someone choking to death or dying in the street, technically they have “No Duty” to do a damn thing. They get to use their own discretion as in this video. Obviously, their own discretion was a complete failure to serving humanity.

The incident occurred November 30th, 2023.

This incident should be put in front of a Jury.
