If possible, notice where your life-force is burdened mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. We may find we are carrying what isn’t ours, for whatever reason. Seeing these burdens provides new perspective and awareness to make powerful choices. A reframe helps us create our more congruent and satisfying life!

Fulfilment and satisfaction are rewarding fields of energy. Having our good and basking in it is nourishes us and those around us. Seek ways to be content and at ease; life will meet you there and bring you more to be fulfilled and satisfied by.

We are here to actively engage with this beautiful planet, each other and all life in this time and place. Being embodied on Earth is not meant to be passive. This is our one precious life: live it fully and well in the best way for you!

The overarching energy of 2025 is GENEROSITY. Being generous and honest with ourselves, each other and with Life moves the world we desire powerfully forward. We are creating our experience: witness the good all around and it will be amplified by our attention, so much so we will wonder how we never saw all this good before!

Taking a higher perspective wakes us up to ourselves and the unhelpful, limiting beliefs and stories we tell ourselves that make us unresourceful and unhappy. Awareness is the first step to creating the change we desire. Take a deep breath and get curious!
