CPL Deas of the highway patrol here in South Carolina inadvertently gives us evidence of him speeding in a 45 mph zone before he is clocked he had to have been going around 50. if you take notice on this bend there is no signage warning of an upcoming left-handed turn into a neighborhood which is dangerous the Department of transportation should be held accountable and they will be. this officer cited a driver for getting into a minute fender bender when he didn't even have to cite the driver because there was no violation of law or traffic law. South Carolina code specifically prohibits the officers from engaging in this type of activity citing people when they don't have to cite them well he just exposed himself charges will be dismissed.
