In 2016, JK Simmons blew up the internet with his training photos. These were taken from his preparation for the Justice League movie, and this was at the age of 61 years old. The photos were taken by his trainer Aaron Williamson, and he looks super shredded because he was rebounding from extreme weight loss for his previous role. The movie was directed by his wife, Michelle Schumacher, and it was called I''m Not Here. JK Simmons played the role of a character, that had an almost unhealthy, emaciated look to him. So he performed lots and lots of cardio to drastically reduce his body fat. The viral photos were taken about one month after filming had finished for the movie, and JK Simmons was rebounding in the gym after hitting the weights again. JK Simmons is now 69 years old, and he still looks in amazing shape for the movie Red One, which he co-stars along with Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock. #jksimmons #redonemovie #celebritytransformation
