If there’s one thing that Judge Fleischer doesn’t tolerate, it’s picking up a new case while on bond. (Bond is when a person is released from custody under certain court-ordered conditions until their case is resolved. Sometimes they must pay bail to be released on bond, while other times they are released on their “own recognizance”, meaning no bail was required to be paid.)
