In this episode, I explore saving vegetable seeds to use for microgreens. I've been thinking about this lately, as microgreens are such a fast way to grow fresh, nutritious food. With the cost of everything skyrocketing and supply chains becoming increasingly unstable, having our own microgreen production might be crucial in the times to come. Plus, it adds to our food security!
