Woman Arrested For Being Too HIGH in Public

on 8/30/2024 an officer with the davenport police department observed a woman that appeared to be intoxicated walk in to traffic as soon as the light turned green. the officer was familiar with the individual and thought that she could be a risk to herself and others by her obvious intoxicated state.

All are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
