Judge Explodes Over ‘Combative’ Legal Tactics in Jay-Z Child Rape Case as Rapper,
Diddy Accuser Asks to Remain Anonymous
Music mogul Jay-Z received a stern rebuke from Judge Analisa Torres for wasting court resources
in his ongoing battle against sexual assault allegations.
The federal judge criticized the aggressive legal tactics employed by Jay-Z’s attorney while ruling to protect the anonymity of his accuser.
The lawsuit, filed by an anonymous woman identified as Jane Doe,
alleges that Jay-Z, whose legal name is Shawn Carter, and Sean Diddy Combs sexually assaulted her when she was 13 years old
at an after-party following the 2000 M T V Video Music Awards in New York City.
