Justin Sparks hit piece?

This past Sunday, an article from Heartland Media highlighted what seems to be some hypocrisy from Rep. Sparks. He had made a comment on how lawmakers are addicted to taxpayer money, but he also asked for a 6 million dollar earmark in the budget for a pilot program to build a childcare center for St. Louis County officers and employees. To some of us that seems unethical, and others want to just label it a hit piece. Catherine Dreher, Tom Martz, Brandon Daugherty, and I will break down this story tonight. We want the truth to win out over anything else. No matter what Rep or Senator we talk about we must hold them to their oaths to the Constitution.
