President Trump has created the Department of Government Efficiency, Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy are leading the department. It will obviously be a major challenge, only 18 percent of federal government spending is discretionary, the rest is supposedly set in stone, mostly entitlement programs. Every Democrat entitlement program, starting with Social Security and then Medicare, Medicaid. Obamacare and others have not been about helping people, they have been about power and control through expanding government and getting people trapped in these programs no matter how bad they are. They Democrats don't care about the people, only power. Social Security is such a ripoff, it the money that is confiscated from us for Social Security and Medicare were invested in the free market, many would have well over a million dollars, many would have multi-millions.
Medicare and Medicaid are disasters, they are both approaching a trillion a year, yet more and more doctors won't take patients from either because of inferior reimbursements. Where does all the money go? It goes to expanding the bureaucracy. Those who work in government programs vote 90 plus percent Democrat. The Democrats are all about expanding government, they couldn't care less about the 37 trillion deficit, they only know grabbing power. Our country won't survive the growing debt, again, the Democrats don't care and most Republicans are afraid to do anything about it.
It is going to be nothing short of a second civil war when Elon and Vivek start cutting government. It has to be done if our country is to survive. So much waste and fraud in government. And so much, such as Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and Obamacare are unconstitutional, the Democrats couldn't care less. It's well past time to get started cutting spending and government and saving the country.
