The Return (2024) - Ralph Fiennes as Odysseus

Homer’s Greek poem ‘The Odyssey’ is a story as old as time that I didn’t think would need to be remade but Ralph Fiennes proved me wrong. It could be told again in an epic and tragic way and he was the best actor for the role.
My only critique was they should have shown some events that made Odysseus into the man he is at this time. His journey home took over a decade and they never portray what happened to him after the war and before he returned home. A beggar on his own estate. Other than that it was pure cinema.
