Mastering Hanging Leg Raises for a Stronger Core

Hanging leg raises are one of the best exercises for building core strength and defining your abs. Start by gripping an overhead bar with your arms fully extended and your body steady. Engage your core and slowly lift your legs straight out in front of you until they form a 90-degree angle with your torso. Lower them back down in a controlled motion.
