Another Note: After further thought about the theory of "why" discussed near the end of the episode, it seems apparent that the purpose of collecting such a list could be used to set up more American in a Governor Whitmer kidnapping style in order to create a false crackdown on non-existent domestic terror or to get increased budgets for corrupt government agencies...
