Inspector Gadget is a detective with numerous built-in gadgets who fights crime in Metro City. Despite his clumsiness, he inadvertently thwarts the evil plans of Dr. Claw and M.A.D., largely thanks to his clever niece Penny and her dog Brain, who secretly guide and protect him.
