Note: all tracks recorded under the names Academy 23 or UNIT are the property of DNA Records and protected by copyright, regardless of who wrote the works concerned. This is a track recorded in November 2021 for our 49th album: Alone In A Quiet Place. Our 31st album (School Playground) features Regime Of Kindness, a track by Julie Travis who was a member of The Joy Of Living (with Sharon Cooper and Yvette Haynes) in the 1980s. I decided it was time to record my arrangement of another of their emotionally turbulent ballads, particularly since the text (after certain modifications) is relevant to the present century...unfortunately.
