Recently, many of us celebrated our birthdays, and some of us are about to do so. But have you ever thought about how quickly we're getting older? I was just wondering: does the ocean get old? We usually wish each other a Happy New Year and think of the previous year as old, but the old year is younger than the new year because people usually ask how old you are. The reason we use the calendar year to measure age is because it's 12 months long. So, if you're 20 in 2024, you'll be 21 in 2025. Every time a new year comes around, you get older.
