HAPPY TRANSPARENCY DAY

The Corporate Transparency Act is a new law effective from Jan 1st 2024, that requires over 30 million business entities in the United States to report detailed ownership information to the US Treasury Department. Its purpose is to eliminate anonymity in business ownership and prevent illicit financial dealings and money laundering.
