Tragedy in New Orleans!

Terror attack. This doesn't show it (Thank GOD) but truck plowed through crowd and may have ISIS flag on it??? And the driver and truck just came over the border 2 days ago in Eagle Pass TX. Absolutely horrific and praying for the victims and their families.
