Doug Weiss, PhD received lots of cash for his nonprofit, Healing Time Ministries. Two donations from the same foundation netted him $550,000 and “another guy” gave him $250,000.
Doug Weiss calls the windfall “a miracle” but apparently did not inform the IRS of his good fortune. His nonprofit is tax-exempt and must file Form 990 if donations exceed $50,000.
