FBI, LA governor provide update on New Orleans terror attack that killed 15 people

Authorities and Louisiana governor Jeff Landry are expected to speak at a news conference today at 11 a.m. ET. The conference will focus on the terror attack that took place in New Orleans' French Quarter where a truck rammed into a crowd on Bourbon St. on New Year's Day.
