The Recoil Buffer in your factory rifle is old and deteriorating. At some point, usually between 15 and 20 years, they will disintegrate, causing your charging handle to put a nice, deep dent in the receiver of your irreplaceable rifle. The factory no longer supports these rifles, and you have a lot of CHEAP options. None of them are worth using except ours. Highly engineered to provide excellent performance with all pressure rounds, making for a smooth, reliable shooting experience.
