Here's what you can expect:
I am a former CVSICU RN, Author, speaker and owner of Digestive Distress Solutions LLC. I gained my known title as a Food relationship and Pain Management health coach while recovering from my personal recurrences of pancreatitis. I continued my education to become a FM Certified Health Coach additionally certified as a Functional Nutrition Counselor by Andrea Nakayama's program known as Functional Nutrition Alliance. I chose to certify as an ANSI accredited ServSafe Manager because I love to cook and to learn more about food safety & hygiene to help individuals and families eat healthier by assessing eating patterns and relationships with food and cooking and their lifestyles.
