Big Trouble in Little China

Big Trouble in Little China follows the story of blowhard trucker Jack Burton (Kurt Russel) who helps his friend Wang Chi (Dennis Dun) rescue his fiancé who was kidnapped by a bandits in Chinatown. The rescue devolves into a fight between supernatural cults and mounters. This action comedy failed at the box office but influenced pop culture for decades afterwards including popular video game franchise Mortal Combat.
